The Card Concept Challenge #153-Loads of Lavender

Hello my stampy friends!

How is it going in your neck of the woods???

We are having a gorgeous spring. We do not have lavender in  North Carolina, but we have purple Wisteria. It is a big vine that grows all over our area this time of year and smells heavenly!

However, I wished we had Lavender, too.

I was inspired by the beautiful lavender in our Inspiration photo to create my Clean & Layered style card:

I didn't want to stamp the image in black ink and then color it.
Instead, I colored the stamp with Stampin Write Markers.
I placed the stamp into my Misti. I would then choose which color that I wanted to use and color one area at a time. This worked great!
I just love how it turned out!

I had this darling dragonfly die! I thought it made the perfect addition to my little flower garden!

Of course, I had to add some splatters!
And some sparkle with some Studio Katia Iridescent Crystals!

The style of my card would be considered

CLEAN & LAYERED
~Clean lines
~Lots of Layers
~Designer papers, embossing
~Embellishments/accents
~Clean & Fresh looking
~Some colored images
~White space

I hope you will create a card or project using any of the  styles we have defined or create your own with a combination of styles.
