Welcome to a new challenge here at The Card Concept!
We had so many beautiful cards this last time! Wow!
Our inspiration photo is full of fun bright colors!
Not only was I inspired by the colors, I was inspired by the pretty posies!
I stamped the flowers (Precious Remembrance) with Potting Soil Archival ink onto watercolor paper. The flowers were then colored with Distress Ink markers. I had forgotten how much I enjoy using my Distress markers as a watercolor!
After coloring the image, I die cut the center of the image with an oval die, and popped it up with foam tape! I was very pleased with the way this looks! I'm going to use this technique again!
I hope you have been inspired to play with us at
The Card Concept !!!
