Happy Birthday!

My card today has been inspired by the very talented Amy Sheffer!
This card is based on the sketch she created for this week's

This fun flower was made by using the Mother's Day 2011 Cricut cartridge and my Cricut Expression die cutting machine. I used Watercolor Bouquet by K& CO. paper for this card, because of all the purple colors. I am making this card for a very good friend, whose favorite color is Purple!
I distressed the edges of the dark pink petals. I then crumpled and rolled the other petals. Layered them together and added some bling!
Hopefully you can see this in the photo.

The tag is one of the new dies by Verve. It is called the Tiny Sweet Scallop Die Set
I love this die set! It also comes in a larger size! And of course, stamps to match!
The sentiments are from a Stamps of Life stamp set called minis4circles.

I hope my friend likes her birthday card!  Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps:minis4circles(Stamps of Life); Tag Time (Verve)
Paper: Watercolor Bouquet(K&CO), White(PTI)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Tiny Sweet Scallop Die Set (Verve), twine, glitter pen, Purple Stickles

Purple is my fave color, too, and I think this is gorgeous. Love the layout, and that fab background paper from K & Co. So pretty!
