SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge #6

Hello my stampy friends!
I hope all of you had a great 4th of July weekend!
I spent my 4th stamping with some of my crafty friends!!! We always have loads of fun together!

I am here to share another
Mix It Up Challenge here at SUGARPEA DESIGNS!

To play along...make a project using just the inspiration, or just the sketch or mix it up and use both!
It is totally up to you!

I was inspired by those fabulous tropical colors!
And I wanted to use our new
Sugar Cut:
Stitched Gift/Note Card Holder Die !
Have you seen it ????
I am in love with this die!
I know I am going to use it many, many times!

Here is my gift card holder:

I stamped the images with Black Memento ink so I could color them with Copic Markers. I wanted two palm trees facing each other, so I had to use the mirror stamping technique. This was the first time that I had tried this! It worked out great using my Misti tool! Next I cut out all the images with their matching Sugar Cuts.

Prehistoric Pals

and Funky Wreath-Spring Additions:

All of the sentiments came from  Gift Greetings:

I hope you will play with us this month!
YOU could be a lucky winner!

And don't forget to visit my very talented teammates!
