Watercoloring Stencils

Hello my crafty friends! Just wanted to pop in and share the card I made using the Technique that Tim Holtz demonstrated for the Online Watercolor for Card Makers Class.

So simple!! My favorite kind!

You ink the stencil with your favorite Distress inks, spritz with water, carefully flip it over and put onto your paper! then dry it with a heat gun! And you get this fabulous result!!
I really enjoyed this Watercolor Series!
So much fun! So much inspiration!

Thanks for stopping by!
Mackie

Stencil: Harlequin (Tim Holtz)
Inks: Salty Ocean, Mustard Seed (Ranger)
         Versafine Black
Accessories: black twine, green button (my stash)

Wow, this is spectacular Mackie! I love the look of this water color. So cool looking and the sentiment is so true. I am so hoping to be able to take this class this fall. Looks like it was so much fun and I've enjoyed seeing everyone's projects. This one has really peaked my interest! Hugs, Brenda

This is really neat. I have lots of stencils (some are NBUS) you have again inspired me to get them out and give this a try.
