Oops Santa!

As I said in an earlier post, I am working on some Christmas tags.
Well...this was the beginning of a tag that I had made the background, stamped the image, used some Perfect Pearls and red Stickles. You know, coming right along, looking like what I was visualizing. Then I went to stamp a sentiment, and what do I do????
I stamped it upside down!!!! #*!#*
But then my friend says...just cut it off and use for another tag or card. So I looked on blog land and found this wonderful sketch:

And this is what I made!

Yay!
Just turn those lemons into lemonade!

Thanks for stopping by!
Mackie

Stamp: Tim Holtz
Ink: Barn Door, Peeled Paint, Black Archival-Ranger
Accessories: Pennant Banner-Verve; Perfect Pearls, Holly EF, Red Stickles, green seam binding

Those lemons have made some seriously awesome lemonade!! This is fabulous! ;) we all do silly things like spend an age working on things and spoil it at the last minute...my usual one is a splashes of ink right in the middle of a white space! D'oh!

Nice friend and outstanding save there, Mackie! I can't even tell you how many times I've done that same thing. That's why Mister often sees me with ink on my forehead coz my reaction is to just gasp and then lean over and bang my head on my desk! I'm going to remember how you saved your creation the next time it happens to me!! Hugs, Darnell
