The Card Concept Challenge # 122-Bountiful Blessings

Hello stampy friends!
Hope all is well!
It is one of the most beautiful times of the year, with all of the fall colors.
We are starting a new challenge today at the Card Concept.
Our inspiration board is full of pretty fall colors!

I was inspired by the beautiful colors and the pumpkins in the photo to create my card.

My pumpkin is orange card stock with an overlay of mercury glass acetate from Stampin Up!
I saw a demonstrator use this technique and I thought it was awesome!

I hope I have inspired you to join our challenge!
We love seeing what you make!

The style of my card would be considered

Paper Sweeties October 2019 Rewind!

Welcome to REWIND DAY at PAPER SWEETIES!

We will show you how easy it is to use the NEW release
with some of the older PAPER SWEETIES stamps and Sweet Cuts.

Here is my card:

Have you seen the new
Not only is this months fabulous stamp set included in this kit, there are LOTS more product
such as the tree embossing folder that I used on my card.

I embossed  some white card stock with the tree embossing folder. Then I colored the tree with colored pencils.  I added some sequins from the Sweet Kit to the leaves of the tree to add some pretty sparkle!

I used the older Sweet Cut-Happy to create the greeting.
I die cut it 3 times, and then glued each one together to create some depth. Next I covered HAPPY with some of the Darice Sparkle glitter glue that is in the Sweet Kit.
I just love this happy card!

As you can see, it is so easy and so much fun to mix and match the older PAPER SWEETIES stamps and Sweet Cuts together! And of course, who doesn't love playing with paper dolls!!!!

Paper Sweeties October 2019 Release Party!

Hello Sweeties!!
Welcome to RELEASE DAY at PAPER SWEETIES!

Here is my card:

I made the background by stamping the small stamps of the new Sweater Weather stamp set all over a 4 X 51/4 piece of white card stock. I colored all of the images with some Stampin Up markers.

The large cup with flowers is from this same stamp set.
I backed it with a circle of vellum, so it wouldn't get lost against the pattern paper that I created.

Here are the new Stamps & matching Sweet Cuts:

SWEATER WEATHER

HERE is a great video description about what is in this
2019 Fall/Winter Sweet Kit!

On to one of the 5 projects that I have already made using this beautiful kit!

I made a beautiful candy holder, that would be great for friends, teachers, etc!
I am in love with the pretty frame stamp that comes in the kit. I stamped it with black Memento ink, and then colored the hat & mittens with Copic markers.  I added the Darice Sparkle glitter glue, (that comes in the kit,) all over the frame. It just sparkles like crazy.
I took some of the pretty blue glitter paper from the kit. I made a beautiful, glittery frame for the stamped image, by using the Paper Sweeties Scalloped Frame Sweet Cut. I placed that behind the stamped image! That blue glitter paper just makes that stamped image pop!
I topped it off with a big bow of the white seam binding that is also in the kit!

How to Make:

Tray:    5.25 X  2.25 card stock
Score at .25 each of the long sides and fold up

Nugget Bands:  (5) 3.25 X 1 strips of pattern paper
Wrap each band around the nugget and attach the ends with a glue dot.
Place a strip of adhesive inside your tray and put nuggets into the tray.
Slide tray into a 2" Cellophane Bag

Topper:  5 X 2 card stock and score and fold at 2.50
Fold down the top of the cellophane top to 1 inch above the tray & candy.
Position topper on this and staple in the middle of the topper.
You will hide the staple when you place your decorations on the topper.
Decorate the topper. Add a hole at top and a ribbon or twine or both!

VERY EASY to MAKE!!!

Below is a photo of what I still have left in my SWEET KIT!!!
Lots of great product to use for more fun projects  and cards!
