Paper Sweeties January 2019 Winter Project inspiration!

Welcome to Paper Sweeties!
Now is the perfect time of year to stay inside and make pretty things in your craft room!
It's too cold to do anything else!!! So... we are making winter projects this month at Paper Sweeties!

We want to share projects that show you how easy it is mix and match all of the darling stamps and Sweet Cuts of Paper Sweeties!

I used the cute truck from the latest stamp from Paper Sweeties -Merry Christmas Y'all to make this adorable truck full of Valentines!!!

I stamped the images onto white watercolor card stock and colored them with Distress inks and water.
The hearts are from the Paper Sweeties stamp-Stand Add-on:Sweet Treats

SWEET was made with the Paper Sweeties Sweet Cut-Happy !

I die cut SWEET 3 times and then glued them all together to make it look like chipboard.

The sentiment is stamped from the Snow Time Add-on:Sweet Treats

I hope you will visit my very talented Teammates for some more inspiration!

Come back tomorrow for some more more winter projects!

Thanks for stopping by!

The Card Concept Challenge # 106-Pink Party!

Pink is my favorite Party!!!

Isn't this photo fun with the pink and black popping against all that white???
I LOVE it!
And here is my card:

I watched a YouTube video recently by  Debby Hughes  of Lime Doodle Design, who showed how she made a card very similar to this one.  So, I had to try it!
Hers is GORGEOUS!!!! Check it out HERE !!!

I inked my background stamp with Pickled Raspberry Distress ink, then spritzed lightly with water, to get this watercolor look, and then stamped it onto Tim Holtz water color paper.  When it was dry, I then sponged Spun Sugar Distress ink all around the borders of the panel.  Next, I had fun dribbling white Perfect Pearl mixed with water all over the panel, which I followed with a spray of Pearl Glimmer Mist. So pretty and sparkly! You can't see it very well in the photos!

The style of my card would be considered

Classy & Elegant:
Polished
Shiny finish
Sparkling embellishments
Rich color scheme
Sophisticated sentiments
Regal
Sweeping
Dramatic
Monochromatic
Layered Testures
Awe & Impress
