No Peeking!

Just popping in to show one of the tags that I made this weekend with the new, adorable  No Peeking (Mama Elephant) stamp set and cute papers from the Santa Express (Doodlebug Designs) 6X6 paper pad.  One of the sheets are these cute little Christmas Wish List tags. I punched the top of each one with a Notebook (EK) paper punch. I wanted it to look like a piece of notebook paper that a little one would write his letter to Santa on. I colored the reindeer and peppermints with Copic Markers. I used a Wink Of Stella glitter pen on the peppermints to give them a little sparkle! And the red ribbon was the final touch!  I made a set of six! They are quick and easy! Hope you like my tag!

Bootastic Boxes

It is time for another ANYTHING GOES Challenge here at 7KIDS!
And this challenge we are having a twist... Multiple Folds!
I think goodie boxes fall into that category!

I always like to share Halloween treats with my friends. So I made these cute little "baskets in a box". The video tutorial can be found here. Believe it or not, you make these with a 6X6 piece of paper and the Envelope Punch Board. Easy, peasy and so much fun!!!

After I made all of my little boxes, it was time to decorate!
I pulled out my favorite Halloween stamp set-Bootastic by Mama Elephant.  I stamped each image with Black Tuxedo Memento ink onto Copic X-Press It Blending white card stock. Each image was then colored with Copic Markers. The ribbons were custom made for the boxes by cutting several lengths of white seam binding. I then "dyed them" with Distress Inks and water. I crinkled them up and set them aside to dry. I filled the little boxes with candy and tied them up!
I can't wait to share them with my coworkers!

Please join the fun with our new Anything Goes Challenge!

Birthdays are like Zombies

Hello stamping friends!
I am a retired dental hygienist. I still work in my dental office, but at the front desk.
The reason I am sharing this is to say...never in a million years would I have thought that I would end up with a toothache! OMG!!!! That was probably the worst pain I have ever experienced!
I had had a root canal and crown several years ago, but apparently my tooth decided to fracture down the root...thus the toothache. It was my last tooth on the lower right. Yes...WAS! I had to have it extracted! Me who flosses and brushes all the time and works in the dental field!

The reason I am telling you this story is to explain my very brief post of this card!
Luckily, I had already colored this image from the fun stamp set Undying Love (Sugar Pea)!

Don't forget to join our current ANYTHING GOES Challenge at 7Kids!!

Hope you have happy teeth!!!

I'm brain dead

It is time for another Anything Goes Challenge here at 7Kids!
Are you ready to play???

Isn't this image darling?
I just love this stamp set from Sugar Pea called Undying Love!

I stamped her onto water color paper with Versamark Ink and then heat embossed with Super Fine Black embossing powder. I then colored her with Ranger Distress markers.
I felt she needed some company,  so I stamped and heat embossed some bats and a spider from the Bootastic (Mama Elephant) stamp set.

Are you ever brain dead????
WAAAA HA HA
