Beautiful Smile

Hello!
Well...guess what time it is???
It's time for another Anything Goes Challenge at 7Kids College Fund!

I decided to make a tag!

First, I stained my manilla tag with some Barn Door and Tumbled Glass Distress inks. I then inked the edges with some Black Soot and Tea Dye Distress inks. If you look real close, you can see where I also added some Gold Embossing Enamel. I rubbed the edges of the tag with Viva Inka-Gold.

I used my beautiful paper from my Couture (Graphic45) 12X12 pad.
I fussy cut one of the ladies and framed her with a chipboard frame from this collection.  I added this fabulous red tulle flower which I backed with some black tulle. I felt this gave it some vintage appeal.
Then I added 2 more aqua flowers to give it a pop of color! Added some leaves and sequin centers!
Hope you like or are inspired by my "roarin 20's" theme tag!
I sure had fun making it!

Please join in our fun and show us your stuff!
You may be chosen as one of the Top Three or  if you use an image from the 7Kids College Fund Store, you will be eligible to win a gift certificate to the 7Kids Store! WOWSA!!

Have an Amazing Birthday

Just wanted to share a birthday card that I made for a good friend!

First I inked white card stock with Picked Raspberry and Squeezed Lemonade Distress inks for my flowers and my background panel.  I stamped the background panel with my new Crafty Individuals Four Little Songbirds Stamp set. I just LOVE these birds! I think the stamp really looks good on the background.
I made the flowers with my Mini Tattered Floral (Tim Holtz)dies. And the sentiment panel was made with the Mini Labels (Tim Holtz) dies.
I hope my friend likes her card!!

Oh yeah, I followed this beautiful Cardabilites sketch:

Love those Die Cuts!

It is a fun time this week at the 7Kids Challenge Blog!
All of the designers had a theme...Die Cuts!!!
And I LOVE die cuts!!! I use some form of a die on every project I make!
So, I loved this challenge!

Here is my card:

I just got Sizzix's new Dahlia Flower Thinlit  die.  And I am in love!!!
I watched a tutorial on You Tube on how to make these delicious flowers!
They are not hard to make and are so beautiful!
I added some other new die cuts to the background by Memory Box. One is the Tall Chloe Stem and the other one is Zinnia Bouquet.  I wanted my card to be a floral
creation.  The final touch was heat embossing that I did with different colors of embossing powder.
I can't wait to play with all of these dies again!

I hope you join our fun with the current "Anything Goes" challenge!
I just love, love, love looking at everyone's creations that join us each week!
We have some VERY talented people out there!

Be sure to check out my teammates creations for some fabulous inspiration!!!

The Greeting Farm -Thursday

Hello! Hello! Hope you are having a good week so far! I want to share a card that I made using The Greeting Farm Creepy Crew-Thursday. I think this little girl is so cute! I had a lot of fun coloring her with my Copic Markers! This is an area that I am really having to work on, but I am enjoying learning how to use them.

I used lots of Tim Holtz Distress inks and Distress stains. I just love the ease of using  the stains when coloring things like these gears and hearts that I cut out with grunge paper. I also used the Distress ink and some water to stain the white seam binding to match my card.
Most of the supplies that I used on my card are available at the 7Kids College Fund!
I will link them below.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
